About Gina Barbera

As a little girl, I was very curious with an uncommon enthusiasm for school. I was the first in class and the last to leave. I was THAT kid who sat in the front, not afraid to ask questions, draw examples on the board or willing to stay after for extra help. Over the years, I used experiences from every encounter to uncover ways to make processes easy and fast, yet effective.Not much has changed. Today, my enthusiasm for learning has morphed into a passion of inventing new, more experiential and cost-effective content that makes it possible for learners to meet or exceed their target goals. My persistent pursuit of learning has afforded me the opportunity to wear many hats within my career. My learning journey caused a few side affects; I now have the unique ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects, interface easily with diverse populations and communicate with all levels of leadership. Over the last two decades, I\'ve been able to work for a very large organization that invests in developing it\'s employees so they can better serve their customers has taught lessons one can only learn through experience. I am always looking for opportunities to take those experiences and share with my peers. And better yet, use what I\'ve learned to build memorable and impactful learning experiences.
