ABOUT GINA TERRIL

With over 30 years of experience in the credit union industry, I am a passionate and driven business development leader who strives to deliver value to our members, partners, and community. Directly managing a sales team of five Business Development Officers. My field of expertise is health savings accounts (HSA), where I collaborate with health insurance brokers and employers to provide customized solutions and education. I also have strong skills in sales negotiation, RFP creation, contract management, and accountability coaching, which I use to support and mentor my team of business development officers and branch managers. I am proud to work at Indiana Members Credit Union (IMCU), a member-owned, not-for-profit financial institution that serves the diverse needs of over members across the state.As the Vice President of Business Development at IMCU, I am responsible for planning, budgeting, and executing growth strategies that align with the organization\'s vision and mission. I maintain and grow business and corporate relationships with stakeholders, such as city and county officials, schools, hospitals, and foundations. I also liaise between IT/ATM and third-party vendors to leverage contract negotiations and COI for system maintenance. Additionally, I assist with grand openings, corporate sponsorships, and sports engagements that enhance IMCU\'s brand awareness and community involvement. Through these initiatives, I have helped IMCU increase new accounts, deposits, and loans, as well as improve member satisfaction and retention.
