ABOUT GINA STUBENVOLL
I have a decade of professional experience in a corporate retail setting. Previous to that I pushed myself to become a better leader and more knowledgeable about the industry through being president of the Retail Association at UW Madison, traveling to China (to see in the inside of our Li & Fung factories) and New York (for the NRF conferences) and getting in store experience. I am committed to bringing passion, collaboration and an open mind to the teams I am a part of. I thrive on strategic thinking and am energized by creating innovative ideas. My goal is to challenge and motivate those on my team and to expect to give my all to them in return. In addition to my professional experience I received my Masters in Business from Indiana University. I had to be able to balance school, work and my personal life. To do this successfully I have to be extremely diligent on staying on top of workload and deadlines. I have to be able to delegate at work and at home. In my spare time I enjoy traveling to see new places and experience new cultures. I am extremely interested in business on an international level and traveling helps expose me to better understand other cultures.
