About Gina Saunders

With over 25 years of work experience, I am a results-driven leader with a passion for supporting C-level executives, building and coaching high-performing administrative teams as well as sharing my unique expertise in administration, operations and HR. I have delivered a wide range of strategic outcomes across many industries. I am currently the VP of Operations and Administration at KDS de stijl interiors, LLC where I drive our business development, marketing initiatives and own overall administration functions for our firm and clients. I value collaboration, innovation, and excellence, and I strive to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the teams I work with and the clients I serve.Before joining KDS, I created, owned and directed my own consulting services firm. Prior to that, I was the Head of Business Pillar at Meta, where I led a global team of administrative specialists who supported the company\'s key business functions, such as sales, marketing, finance, legal, and policy. In this role, I was responsible for designing and implementing the administrative specialist program, which aimed to enhance the skills, career development, and engagement of the administrative staff. I also partnered with senior leaders and stakeholders to align the program\'s goals and outcomes with the company\'s vision and culture. Some of my achievements in this role include overseeing a comprehensive training curriculum for our leadership, and growing and scaling a diverse team from 30 Admins to over 400. I leveraged my skills in management, leadership, and project management to successfully execute these initiatives and deliver value to the company and the administrative community.
