My responsibilities are leading five Region Directors in developing, implementing strategy and programs to ensure superior customer service, create revenue growth, achieve financial goals of all the assets, and the development of team members. I foster teamwork, creative thinking, and collaborative dialogue with all support departments within our organization. I am tasked with developing and implementing a strategy for the portfolio to achieve optimal performance.
