Executive responsibility for Network Performance, Engineering, and 24 hour Operations of the wireless network in Georgia and Alabama. Responsible for establishing and executing multi year growth and performance strategies based on customer experience need and network performance targets, ensuring RF planning and design priorities were engineered and constructed to the highest performance standards. This includes all network solutions and priorities - outdoor macro, in building and venues, small cell solutions, temporary deployments, special event planning/engineering/operation, 24 hour outage management and disaster recovery operations. All financial and business related responsibilities are a function of the role and a part of the strategic plan, execution and operation of the Market. Network lead on customer experience engagements with both business and consumer sales organizations.
