I’m a human centric leader with compassion and empathy towards people and patients. 18 years ago I walked into an Aspen Dental practice as a patient and left as an employee. What started off as something temporary has turned into a passion for me. My unique experience through all of the organic growth has blessed me with an ability to seek and understand areas of opportunity within the dental industry that can be influenced and coached to achieve above the line results. Regardless of position or title I have held, it has been my founders mentality that has helped me achieve great success throughout my career. I’m eager to learn, listen to understand and am motivated by helping others to succeed. I enjoy using KPIs to identify trends / behaviors that I can help support to improve operational excellence. I pride myself on integrity and trust to help build long lasting relationships.
