Provide technical support to the cheese industry including internal and external troubleshooting of cheesemaking issues. Mentor and train staff and students. Serve as an expert panelist for internal sensory evaluation and grading of Master Cheesemaker submissions, and serve as a technical judge for national and international cheese contests.
