It’s the fuel behind the best events and the best teams.Whether I’m guiding a multi-level team across the country or diving into the details of a high-stakes client event, I bring strategy, heart, and a calm command. I personally execute 20+ standout engagements a year while overseeing a team that scales 200+ events annually. My experience spans the legal, healthcare, nonprofit, and destination management industries.My leadership style is grounded in empowerment - I love watching people succeed, especially when I’ve helped clear the path and provided encouragement. I create space for bold ideas, collaborative problem solving, and confident decision-making. If something goes sideways, I’m the calm voice ready to talk it through. Since joining my firm just before the world pivoted, I helped build our best practices for virtual and hybrid programs, redesigned intake and reporting systems, and grew our event team by adding new levels and roles. My team is thriving—promotions, onboarding praise, and serious team stickiness speak to the culture we’ve shaped.Events are my medium, but connection is the goal. I design experiences people don’t forget - moments that surprise, delight, and resonate long after the lights go down.
