In 2006, after nearly two decades as a prosecutor, began the nation\'s first practice dedicated to the institutional response to sexual and gender-based harassment and violence, child abuse, elder abuse and other forms of harassment, discrimination, and criminal conduct. With the unique experience of a veteran sex crimes\\child abuse\\domestic violence prosecutor, provides investigative services in credibility cases, consulting, counseling, and legal advice on all aspects of the institutional response to misconduct. The practice is known for integrating the complexities of criminal, civil, regulatory, and institutional processes with a keen understanding of the unique psychological and cultural considerations attendant to sexual, gender based, and interpersonal misconduct. Services include investigations into individual conduct and institutional responses, audits of policies, procedures and practices, and the development of policies and systems for effective responses.
