As a result, I\'m resilient, value direct feedback, and have experience observing human behavior via interacting with people on and off stage. My interpersonal skills gained through theater have proven effective in my work life as I\'m often able to read between the lines of a conflict and also understand what engages and motivates people. I\'m recognized as someone who steps up to make things happen while finding immense value in collaborating with others too.
