I started working in hotels after graduating college while I \"figured out\" what I wanted to do for a career. I stayed because I love it. Over the years I have held several roles in many different disciplines in order to ensure I had the foundation for understanding the overall process to running a successful, profitable hotel. Thanks to this I am now a Regional Director for Waterford Hotel Group, overseeing both operations and sales for a portfolio of hotels. Brand experience includes Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Choice, Wyndham, IHG and Independent.
