After building and owning a multimillion-dollar business, I had a successful exit to an international conglomerate in 2013. Since then, I’ve focused on what I love most: helping entrepreneurs lead with clarity, build strong teams and systems, and scale with confidence. Today, I work as a Business Coach and Peer Advisory Leader, supporting founders and CEOs through the real decisions that shape growth—strategy, operations, leadership, and execution. I’m especially passionate about championing women in entrepreneurship and creating communities where leaders can think bigger, move faster, and feel supported.I lead peer advisory groups with the Women Presidents’ Organization (WPO) and Entrepreneurs Forever, helping business owners strengthen their confidence, competence, and results.I also stay close to the innovation and investment side of entrepreneurship as an angel investor, an Advisory Board member of Blue Tree Venture Fund, and previously Co-Chair of the Investment Committee for Next Act Fund, with a focus on investing in women-owned and women-led companies.
