Making an impact is my life\'s purpose and for the past 6 years I\'ve been doing that as a senior product designer leading cross-functional teams across some of the most complex platforms in insurance, healthcare, SaaS, B2B, digital engagement, nonprofit and financial services.As a consultant at EPAM Systems, I\'ve driven a large scale platform transformation for a Fortune level insurance analytics company. Growing the engagement from a $50K proof of concept to a $4M account while designing investigative workflows, data dense dashboards, and scalable design systems for a platform used by 97% of U.S. insurance carriers. Across EPAM I\'ve also delivered WCAG accessibility improvements in healthcare, redesigned enterprise financial navigation, R&D for national environmental education museums and internal L&D flows. At Neon One I championed a nonprofit CMS that eliminated 400+ hours of internal support work annually.I work across the full design process: research, discovery, ideation, user flows, personas, information architecture, design systems migrations and management, and designops. Helping organizations realize traceable value through thoughtful design. I bring the same empathy to a stakeholder room as I do to a user interview.Years in sales, customer success, and territory management taught me to see the gap between what users needed and what they were given whereas design gave me the tools to actually close it. That origin shapes everything about how I work. I lead with curiosity, I listen before I wireframe, and I believe that advocating for the user is never at odds with delivering for the business. In fact, it\'s usually the fastest path to both. Due to the nature of my work I\'m not always able to share everything; but I\'m always open to meaningful conversations with people building things that matter.
