In this role:• I build long-term client relationships, providing guidance from onboarding through successful product delivery and continual use. • Optimize customer success • Design and create easy-to-follow tutorial courses and resources to help clients adopt and use products effectively.• Manage all customer communications, ensuring quick resolution of questions or concerns.• Deliver personalized solutions to meet customer product needs, resulting in repeat business and referrals.• Coordinate timelines and expectations across multiple projects to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.• Run social media and ads/campaigns across various platforms/channels • Design and optimize product • Manage customer retention and satisfaction• Manage vendor and international supplier relations
