Scrum Master of the Amadeus Customization Services team - Lead Scrum/SAFe ceremonies including PI planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives for REFX customization projects- Facilitate backlog refinement sessions to align customization priorities with airline-specific requirements- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives, actions follow-up and feedback loops- Support product owners and airline stakeholders in defining clear user stories and acceptance criteria- Foster a climate of trust and openness within the team, enabling collaboration and focus even during demanding delivery phases- Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth PI execution and on-time delivery of custom features- Collaborate with UX, QA, and airline-facing teams to ensure alignment on expectations and deliveriesMentorship and Backlog Ownership - Internal Tool Development - Oversee the activity of an intern and an apprentice contributing to the development of an internal tool aimed at PI preparations- Manage the product backlog: define and prioritize tasks aligned with team goals and delivery timelines- Create and refine user stories to guide development efforts- Provide feedback and coaching to support their growth and ensure quality deliverables- Encourage autonomy while maintaining structured guidance through Agile practicesMaintenance & Investigation - Customization Portfolio - Manage the ongoing maintenance of all REFX customizations, including win@pproach PTRs and IRs- Perform investigations to identify root causes and assess the impact of reported issues- Create related user stories in the Kanban board to ensure visibility and traceability- Prioritize and track the resolution of the maintenance tasks to align with delivery timelines and team capacity
