ABOUT GINA GOICK MANGUM

For over 20 years I’ve been committed to walking alongside clients, often via uncharted territory, towards life changing breakthroughs. I believe that in order for leaders to lead and for organizations to scale successfully, leaders must pave the way by understanding themselves more deeply. When leaders create more meaning within themselves, they subsequently create more meaning and motivation within the culture of the organization. Integrating my past careers in both sales and humanities I’ve been able to provide a unique approach to coaching and leadership development, depth, understanding and creativity. I graduated cum laude from Gustavus Adolphus College in Minnesota and as a four-year collegiate fast-pitch softball player, starting my post-college career already understanding competition, internal and team dynamics, and the fundamental and foundational need for conscious leadership. From Boulder, Colorado, I enjoy raising my two daughters, spending time in nature and experiencing the inner stillness of a committed yoga practice. THE LEADERSHIP CIRCLE The Leadership Circle aims to elevate the conscious practice of leadership by developing leaders with the creative capacity to invent the future and effectively navigate the increasing complexity of the environment. Since inception, we have been focused on the development of people from the inside out. Today we stand at the forefront of the global leadership assessment and development field, with offices across the world and clients ranging from individual practitioners to large global companies.
