Identified over 40 process improvement recommendations which will be implemented in client’s future landscape to merge into one ecosystem-Managed a team of 8 for a consumer goods client undergoing a company-wide division, business unit, and network redesign. Maintained a RAID log along with PMO activities to ensure project timeline was on track-Managed an Agile-Hybrid project management process (4 rounds of 2-week sprints) for a SAP Ariba supplier onboarding end-to-end implementation for a financial services client to improve supplier onboarding experience. Led design workshops and hosted UAT/SIT workshops.
