Gina Farese, CEO of Marcor Construction, Marcor Solar, and MGM Construction Services, is a pioneering force in the construction and solar sectors. Raised in her father’s roofing business, she earned a finance degree by 19 and later returned to her roots, transforming her father\'s business and founding Marcor Solar. Gina\'s ventures have addressed critical gaps in the solar market, especially by supporting homeowners impacted by defunct solar companies and helping solar firms integrate profitable roofing divisions.Gina’s dedication to industry improvement extends to education, where she is developing programs to reduce installation errors in solar projects, ensuring high standards and customer satisfaction. She plays a significant role in community leadership, serving on the Board of Directors for the Long Island Builders Institute and holding key positions such as the Chair of Nassau County’s Home Industry Board for Consumer Affairs and a board member of Suffolk County Consumer Affairs Home Improvement Contracting Board.Her professional scope includes overseeing operations and sales at Marcor Construction, managing MGM Construction Services, and leading residential solar initiatives at Marcor Solar. Additionally, she advocates for property owners as a licensed public adjuster. Recognized for her excellence, Gina has received numerous awards, including being named one of Long Island’s Top 50 Women in Business. Balancing a thriving career, she is also a dedicated wife and mother of two.

   Marcor Construction Solar Installations is the solar division of our parent company, Marcor Construction.Here, we assist big name solar companies on services where solar may have already been installed previously by another company, but require roof maintenance or repairs post installation. While most solar companies are not well versed in roofing, this division is an asset to many solar companies as a “one stop shop” to remove and reinstall a solar system and perform necessary roof repairs all in one call; no subs, no need for multiple phone calls! We take care of it “all under one roof.”Marcor Solar also assists solar companies in the need of a roof replacement prior to a solar project and is capable of handling everything a solar company may need post roof install, such as brackets, rails, and even panel installation for companies looking to outsource this portion of their project.
