ABOUT GINA ESPOSITO

From advancing vaccine access and oncology strategies to shaping advocacy and leveraging health technology, I build coalitions that increase impact, elevate learning, and translate strategy into measurable outcomes for patients, providers, and communities.I lead with my Learner talent—walking into every room seeing possibilities for idea creation that advance the common good—and I’ve applied that mindset to drive cross-functional impact across the U.S. market at Merck. In 2025, I was selected to co-chair a national committee focused on education and dialogue across all business units, building on my track record to lead teams. Committed to helping others grow, I launched a LinkedIn community book club and hosted Alison Fragale, author of Likeable Badass, later sponsoring her into my company for a national leadership academy forum. I was invited to chair the AI & Technology track at Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management for a one-day conference—continuing my MSM-Healthcare academic journey and passion for health equity, executive engagement, and innovation. Serving on the Board of Directors for Girls on the Run Northeast Ohio, we\'ve successfully expanded our reach, aligning fundraising efforts with our vision for inclusive wellness. Through collaboration, we\'ve secured partnerships with notable organizations, directly impacting the health landscape in multiple counties. My commitment to health equity and community empowerment remains the driving force behind these achievements
