I\'am an enthusiastic, adaptable and creative young fellow, I acquired my experience during off years of graduate study working, I need only some level of coordination to be rapidly independent on acquiring new methodologies in a molecular and cellular biology laboratory. During my work I showed great motivation and excellent scientific reading and interpersonal skills. I\'am a bright and energetic person; through my hard work, follow though, I\'am ready to grow from challenges that is presented me. My determination, professionalism, ability on integrate in a work group, prepare me beautifully for your team. TECHNICAL SKILLS Molecular and cellular biology Techniques: • Cell culture and transfection (including adherent and suspension cells); • Nucleic acid and protein extraction (including bioptic human tissue: fixed in formalin and paraffin embedded (EPFF), fresh and criopreserved); • Plasmid preparation: E.coli transformation, cloning, plasmid purification (DNA prep multiscale),gel electrophoresis, sequencing analyses and RNA synthetic preparation and purification; • PCR and Quantitative Real-Time PCR, Retrotrascription, Primer design, Purification of nucleic acid and PCR products, SDS-PAGE, Western Blotting; Histopathology, Histochemistry and Immunohistochemistry Techniques: • Fixation and embedding paraffin tissues (excellent use of rotative microtome); • Immunihistochemistry techniques which employ both monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies; • Use of automatic equipment for routine and immunohistochemistry staining; • Tissue Micro Arrays (TMA) preparation and analysis; • Biobank (cryopreservation of human cancer tissue samples).
