help working adult children of parents with memory loss stay emotionally connected as relationships change—without feeling hopeless, isolated, or sacrificing their own well-being.I bring more than four decades of experience as a Registered Nurse across diverse clinical and community settings, combining strong clinical judgment with presence-based, whole-person care.My current work focuses on supporting individuals and families navigating aging, cognitive decline, and life transitions.I am the Founder of Nurse Cure Rx LLC, with CureFitRN as its wellness and contemplative care brand. Through this work, I offer speaking, facilitated experiences, and resilience-based programming for caregivers and healthcare communities.My contributions include serving as a Featured Speaker with the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine (NASEM) and as a Guest Reviewer for Becker’s Healthcare Annual Meetings.I am currently advancing my practice through Healing Touch training (Levels 1–4 completed) and Rinzai Zen training, grounding my work in disciplined presence, ethical care, and support through uncertainty and grief.I am preparing for the Spring 2026 opening of a Wellness Sanctuary, expanding CureFitRN into concierge wellness for aging adults and resilience training for the Sandwich Generation. n••••••••@gmail.com curefitrn.com
