   As Development Director at the New England Innocence Project (NEIP), I lead the organization’s fundraising and donor engagement strategies to sustain and expand our work correcting and preventing wrongful convictions across the region.At NEIP, I’ve worked to strengthen every part of our development program:•Fundraising strategy: Oversee annual, major, and institutional giving, integrating digital campaigns with personalized stewardship to grow impact and revenue.•Institutional partnerships: Write and manage grants that fund general operating, and the Exoneree Network.•Storytelling & communications: Produce campaigns and appeals that center the voices of exonerees and highlight systemic change.•Event growth: Expanded Voices of the Innocent, our annual storytelling gala, achieved a nearly 50% increase in funds raised through deeper donor engagement and a more powerful narrative experience.•Data-driven development: Build and manage Bloomerang CRM systems to track engagement, analyze performance, and inform strategy.•Leadership & collaboration: Partner with staff and board leadership on strategic planning, donor engagement, and organizational growth.
