Heading up Treasury Legal and responsible for all TSB Bank plc Treasury Legal activities, including:Funding & Liquidity, Capital Management (securitisation, covered bonds, tier 1 and 2 issuances, MTN, AT1, Bank of England (Term Funding Scheme, etc); Front Office (derivatives, repo, clearing, market infrastructure); Resolution & Recovering planning; general advisory; regulation. Launched inaugural £5 billion FCA-regulated Covered Bond Programme in Feb 2017 (the first such Programme since 2010) and in December 2017, issued inaugural Series 2017-1 Floating Rate Covered Bonds due 2022, and many issuances since- Winner of \"Legal Department of the Year (Financial Services)\" in The Legal Week\'s British Legal Awards 2017: Runner-up for \"Best In-House Banking & Financial Services Team of the Year\" in The Lawyer Awards 2016- TSB partners of Pride of Britain Awards 2017 and 2016- TSB named in Feb 2018 & 2017 as one of the top 10 best big companies to work for in the UK at the Sunday Times Best Companies to Work for awards - TSB was Britain’s most recommended high street bank in 2017 and 2016 and Which? magazine reported that TSB offers the best service of any high street bank
