After over 31 years at UPS, including roles as a BSA Manager, Program and Project Manager, I retired in July 2025. During this tenure, I had the pleasure and honor of many mini careers including enterprise project solutioning, leading global technology initiatives, and supporting multiple customer-facing systems.My career at UPS was built on a foundation of leadership, process improvement, standards setting, and technology architecture.
