Develop and implement Contractor Safety Program for all NAS assets Oversee ISNetworld account Work with contractors on issues with emphasis on helping them reach our expectations Work with field management to identify areas of improvement with contractors Lead a team to gather information, develop programs and certify 3 facilities under the EPA Risk Management Program (emphasis on Process Safety Management for 3 RMP facilities Participate in HAZOPs for facilities and well sites Lead a team that supported all North American Shale Assets (Industrial Health Specialist, Industrial Hygiene Specialist, Emergency Response Specialist, Training Specialist, Safety Management Program Specialist, Safety Systems Specialist and Contractor HSE Specialist) Lead a team that supported the Permian/Eagleford Production Units (Environmental Specialist, Safety Systems Specialist, Health and Safety Specialist, Regulatory/Permitting Specialist) Assist field team with issues and needs Develop processes and procedures (Environmental Assurance Program, H&S Assurance Program, Journey Management, Fatigue Management, etc.) Develop training programs to implement in the field (Leadership and Accountability, Safe Systems of Work, etc.) Participate in incident investigations Conduct site assessments Analyze HSE programs, procedures and practices across all North American Shale assets for D&C Identify potential areas of improvement in the HSE programs, procedures and practices across all North American Shale Assets for D&C Work with D&C Line Managers to identify ways to align best practices across all North American Shale assets
