As Asia Pacific Regional VP for H.B. Fuller, localized technology development by building and staffing a technical center, restructured the sales team and built a plant in China. Sales and profitability doubled during my tenure.Improving EBITDA: At Appvion, established profit improvement program comprised of 45 projects delivering $78MM in savings over two-year period.Optimized Fuller’s North American supply chain network, specializing plants by technology to drive down manufacturing costs, while optimizing distribution network. Result was lower inventory, better service and a much lower cost structure.Sourcing and Integrating Acquisitions: As GM for H.B. Fuller Window, completed an acquisition making it the largest by share in its market. In Asia Pacific, led acquisition leading to a strong position in SE Asian adhesives market. More recently, responsible for the global operations integration of Forbo, driving planned synergies by consolidating manufacturing footprint, customer service and leveraging raw material spend.Through these experiences, my passion for building and leading effective teams has been the key performance driver.
