Gillian is Regional Client Service Manager for the North Region - Glasgow & Birmingham, and is based within the Employee Health & Benefits Client Servicing team in Glasgow. The main objectives of this role are1. To support and assist the Head of Consulting (North) with the overall responsibility for the performance of Client Servicing.2.To plan, manage and drive forward Client Servicing.3.To provide excellent client service delivery across the region.4.To support in the implementation and communication of the overall business strategy and vision5. Ensure the service across the region is compliant with all procedures of the Code of Professional Conduct and any appropriate external regulatory bodies. Gillian has previously managed a portfolio of clients and advised on the design, implementation and restructure of bespoke risk benefit solutions as well as the inclusion of these benefits within flexible benefit programmes. Gillian also undertakes the role of team leader for business resiliency in the G1 building in Glasgow. More recently Gillian has taken on the additional responsibility of managing the Administration for the PFP team in Leeds.
