As Founder and Managing Partner of a boutique executive search firm, Gillian brings over 15 years of in depth executive search experience gained at one of Canada’s largest privately held retained executive search firms. She brings significant experience across a broad spectrum of industries and has completed extensive search work at the Senior Executive, Vice President, and C-levels in both Canada and the United States. Gillian brings passion, natural curiosity, tenacity and seasoned judgment to every search assignment and through her professional and authentic approach to supporting and coaching candidates through the search process, she has built confidence and credibility with both clients and candidates alike. Gillian started her career practicing law at one of Canada’s leading law firms. She received her LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School and holds a B.A. from The University of Western Ontario where she was the recipient of the Gold Medal award for achieving the highest average in her faculty. Gillian was called to the Ontario Bar and is a member of The Law Society of Upper Canada.
