With a wealth of industry experience, covering global industries, partnered with a wide breadth of knowledge and experience in: people and organisational development, L&D, leadership development, coaching and mentoring, P&D cycles, culture change, workforce engagement, behavioural safety, process safety and operational safety. Winner of “Ideas for Incident Free Operations” award in Maersk Oil, presented a paper at Piper 25 and a finalist in Oil & Gas UK Safety Awards. In October 2022 presented to MBA students, and at the NIBES European Conference, on the topic of Psychological Safety and Leadership.
