ABOUT GILLIAN CROIX

The last 10 years has seen me successfully building up my career, moving platforms and sectors to gain ever more experience in HR and people management. When I feel I have achieved in a role, I like to take the next step to be always learning and improving on my skills.I prefer being in the HR generalist environment where I have an overall view. Making a difference to the lives of employees means so much and is helped by having a good grasp of employment law then making valid judgements on what should be done in each particular circumstance.Business partnering is another strength of mine where I get to understand the people and leadership team, what they want and then make that tangible and real for them using support, analytics and data. I adopt a collaborative management style that can be empowering to staff, using an energy and drive that motivates them to be their best. I am also able to pick up new skills and adapt to ever-changing circumstances quickly and easily, turning my hand to whatever is thrown at me.
