Most problems associated with growth, innovation, and performance are created by how we work together and by activities that cause bottlenecks and unnecessary friction. My life’s work has been dedicated to helping organizations solve these challenges (People, Process, and Performance). I am passionate about developing extraordinary leaders and teams, helping them “connect the dots” so they can see the bigger picture, engage and collaborate across silos, and manage paradoxes as they accelerate and scale. I add value by diagnosing root causes and helping leaders build generative learning environments that improve innovation and business performance. I particularly enjoy the complexity of working with hyper growth, performance orientated organizations that need to scale fast and expand globally. By integrating deep global experience with applied expertise, I am uniquely positioned to enable innovation, learning and transformation in complex, multi-stakeholder, international environments. I have worked with organizations across industry sectors in the US, Asia, Europe and South Africa, with C-Suite Executives from the most admired companies to world-renowned Engineers and Scientists to Executive Directors in leading nonprofits.

   With low tuition and a longstanding policy of full and open access, the California Community Colleges are designed around a remarkable idea: that higher education should be available to everyone. The Chancellor\'s Office is responsible for overseeing the 115 California Community Colleges that serve over 2.1 million students annually. I report to the Vice Chancellor of Workforce and Economic Development Division (WEDD) at the Chancellor\'s Office. Our mission is to transform WEDD into a best-in-class organization that improves the social and economic mobility of Californians from all backgrounds responsible by managing grants to community colleges, supporting instruction, providing technical assistance, and implementing strategic special programs.
