KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Management of the company’s integrated management in compliance with current legislation and standards, maintaining effectiveness and efficiency of the system.Responsible for the quality testing of products to achieve compliance with ISO standards, industry standards, regulatory requirements and manufacturing quality control. Management of non-conformances and customer complaints to include technical investigation of complaints, reaching satisfactory outcomes and make recommendations for improvement. Provide advice and guidance to the production, research and development teams on quality testing, control and quality compliance, Provide advice and guidance to managers on writing and implementing procedures.Compliance of the FEMAS standard regarding feed materials, production methods and delivery. Conduct and manage a variety of inspections and audits to maintain compliance, taking appropriate action and providing advice, guidance and support when required.Maintain and keep up to date all records required for regulatory and statutory inspection and compliance. Work collaboratively across the department management team to have a good understanding of the business, contributing to the wider business when required and collaborate with management to deliver change and improvement initiatives.Build and maintain good relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders both internally and externally.Review and update processes, practices and standards to deliver continuous improvements and efficiencies.
