I love working in IT, It gives me an opportunity to be constantly learning. I\'ve had the opportunity to work across many different industries in my career and the common factor in successful delivery is always the people. The tech will always been changing but a team of curious, passionate and driven software engineers see this as an opportunity rather than an obstacle. I love helping the teams and individuals I work with reach their full potential. I do this by creating and environment whether they are challenged and supported in the right balance.A major focus of mine over the past few years has been encouraging the next generation. As well as being a STEM ambassador, I\'ve become involved with Code.org and led a number of Hour of Code events.
