My passion for excellence shines through in my role, where I champion high-impact strategies and nurture a culture of trust and high-performance.My journey in healthcare commenced at Sheridan Healthcare, and I\'ve since navigated through the organization\'s transformations, from its merger with Emcare and Amsurg to the establishment of Envision Physician Services in 2016. Throughout my tenure, I\'ve earned a reputation as a results-driven leader, optimizing teams and workforce operations to deliver efficient staffing solutions to our clinical and operational partners.My experience spans leadership roles in account management, recruitment, business development, integration, and full-cycle locum tenens operations. In 2020, I spearheaded the design and operational implementation of Envision\'s Disaster Assistance Response Team (DART), providing frontline clinical care when and where it\'s needed most.Currently, I hold a leadership position at Envision within the Envoy division, where I oversee multi-specialty clinical and staffing operations. My responsibilities include managing the national Ambassador program, internal contingent labor division, TRIO MSP technology, and external locums. In this capacity, my team is dedicated to developing and implementing tailored solutions to assist Envision facilities in identifying and addressing their staffing requirements. Our functions encompass a wide spectrum, covering transition planning, proactive sourcing initiatives, in-depth market competitive analysis, and the formulation of cost-effective strategies to optimize staffing resources. By combining our Envoy expertise with innovative approaches, we enable Envision facilities to achieve operational excellence and provide top-tier patient care.Since 2022, I had the privilege of serving as Co-Lead for Envision\'s Women in the Workplace Employee Resource Group. We successfully launched the group and witnessed its remarkable growth, with membership expanding to over 200 dedicated individuals within its inaugural year.
