Provide critical planning and scheduling support for the International Space Station (ISS) program, ensuring the successful integration and coordination of program activities to meet mission objectives- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, ensuring alignment with program goals and adherence to project management industry standards- Lead analysis of performance metrics, risk assessments, and trend/variance analysis to inform decision-making and enhance operational efficiency for ISS operations- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate schedule changes, updates, and reports throughout the project lifecycle, driving consistent program performance- Manage all phases of key subsystems within major ISS-related projects, acting as a primary liaison between stakeholders to define requirements and ensure timely execution- Support continuous improvement initiatives, implementing best practices for project management processes and business systems in support of the ISS- Partner with clients to develop performance recovery plans and maintain effective project control systems to support stakeholder needs for ISS program delivery.
