ABOUT GILLIAN TSOI

With a BASc in Management Engineering from the University of Waterloo, I am a skilled and motivated problem-solver who applies engineering principles and methods to various domains. I have a background in project management as a Project Coordinator and in formalizing EPMO methods. In my most recent co-op term, as a Technology Consulting Assistant at Creospark, I designed and developed software solutions for clients using Microsoft Power Apps, Dataverse, and SharePoint. I supported the transition of the company\'s acquisition through data migrations and documentation, and I documented the EPMO team\'s processes to standardize methods and improve efficiency. I leveraged my data collection, research, and communication skills to deliver high-quality results and collaborate effectively with my team and stakeholders. I am passionate about learning new technologies and enhancing my project management and software development skills.
