I joined the Alertive leadership team in pursuit of a challenge that felt meaningful. I am very proud of the work we\'re accomplishing and the value our products deliver to the Healthcare sector. I own the long-term vision for the product suite and the roadmap to take us there, which is made up of native Android and iOS apps, the Alertive web app, and a decisioning/workflow engine. I work closely with NHS customers and end-users (doctors, nurses and healthcare staff on the ground) to understand how technology can empower them to collaborate and deliver patient care with greater ease, transparency & interoperability. I am highly interested in partnerships with other health tech providers, in order to facilitate faster and seamless data delivery to the teams at the heart of patient care. Highlights (to date):* Removing emergency bleeps (pagers) and replacing them with an integrated digital solution across four Trusts (and counting), including Imperial College London * Building a product discipline & working practices from the ground up which keep the teams agile and focussed on a value-driven priorities * Growing a userbase from a handful of pilot users (<30) to on track for by the end of 2023 * Setting up Alertive\'s analytics & insight capabilities from scratch to make data-driven decisions & learn quickly * Embedding the discipline of tight feedback loops, failing fast and listening to our end users into day to day practices across all teams * Winning a place on the General Electric Edison Accelerator Programme which proved out the impact of using Alertive as an integrated distribution mechanic to communities of clinical teams * Supporting partnerships which amplify the value Alertive can help deliver with partner companies such as Netcall, Cerner, EPIC, General Electric, Palantir, NHS Digital, Vodaphone, Apple & more
