I\'ve recently added running Osler\'s litigation operations to my product responsibilities! I\'m a passionate advocate for running \"Big Law\" like a business and bringing client-centricity to our delivery of legal services. I work closely with my partners and Osler Works Disputes, our litigation based captive ALSP to improve lawyer utilization rates, work allocation, leverage, and profitability, as well as to grow partner and Associate understanding the big picture about our practice and the important levers in our business. I\'m still also thrilled to be able to coordinate with our Legal Operations and Client Development teams to help inform Osler\'s products strategy and lead the \"productization\"- the build, management, pricing and sale - of our legal products and packaged service offerings. I often work as a translator between the business and legal worlds, informed by my many years as a commercial litigator, law firm partner, work in Client Development and Marketing and as a voracious consumer of all things new law, legal tech, law firm management, the lawyer mindset, the innovation of legal service delivery and the business of law.
