Transitioned to a Managed Services model with offshore / near-shore staff and provided multiple time zone support consisting of 30+ agents across India, Mexico, and New York.• Partnered with Change Management Policy & Firm Tooling Developers to create a Firm-level program allowing transition from requestor-based Risk Rating to a Data-Driven Risk Rating. This initiative fulfilled a regulatory requirement and improved Morgan Stanley\'s process. • Built a centralized Wealth Management Events management and BCP/DR team program with a Wealth Management centralized Events Requisition Portal for Production Business Continuity Program & Disaster Recovery (BCP/DR) events, providing a single window for WM and external teams to manage key events.
