Part of a small but mighty four-person team tasked with launching and growing the Spurs’ brand presence in Austin—a first-of-its-kind market expansion for an NBA franchise-Helped lead the execution of the Spurs’ regular season games at the Moody Center, supporting operational planning, local marketing, and on-site fan experience-Developed and launched the Spurs’ first-ever Austin transportation program, coordinating multi-game charter services and building operational workflows across departments-Built custom dashboards to measure performance across all Austin initiatives—including transportation, event attendance, fan engagement, and marketing ROI—helping guide real-time strategy and reporting-Led grassroots marketing efforts and community outreach to build awareness and affinity in a new regional market-Project managed a variety of high-impact activations, including influencer campaigns, arena takeovers, and community-facing watch parties-Worked cross-functionally with creative, partnerships, and operations teams to execute integrated campaigns and drive meaningful local engagement-Contributed to measurable growth in brand visibility, community connection, and Austin-based fan participation in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
