With over 20 years of transactional real estate experience, Gillian assists clients in navigating a variety of transactions, including the financing, refinancing, purchase, sale and leasing of complex commercial and residential real estate as well as the restructuring of deals. She represents borrowers and lenders in the origination of mortgage and mezzanine loans. Gillian has experience with various property types, such as office, hotel, condominium, self-storage, residential multi-family, commercial office, shopping centers, mixed-use properties, and retail properties in multiple states.
