As an Associate Product Manager at TIAA, I am passionate about driving company growth through cost reduction and increasing TIAA\'s speed to market for new products! With experience and practice using learned skills of SAFe Agile practices, I am able to successfully lead cross-functional team collaboration. I enjoy collaborating with diverse areas of the business in order to help maximize TIAA\'s product adoption on and off platform. My expertise lies in serving as a product SME while also managing programs and services that enhance TIAA\'s core retirement products and services. A former Division I golfer, I developed a strong work ethic, discipline, and a competitive mindset that I bring to my professional life.    Following Scaled Agile\'s SAFe methodology, I serve as the project manager and SME for the New York Department of Financial Services\' regulatory semi-annual contract supplement mailings to TIAA participants - I serve as the owner for TIAA\'s proprietary Document Automation Services system, which electronically issues retirement contracts to TIAA\'s institutional clients- While focusing on reducing company costs, contract issuance, and increasing TIAA\'s speed to market for the development of new retirement annuity products, I collaborate closely with other retirement product SMEs and other lines of business
