Passionate about industry 4.0, its challenges, I am a leader who is committed to drive the transformation and who embeds his teams on board with an empowering management. I strongly believe in more local, more sustainable, more digital and in human collective adventure! In my career, I’ve been lucky enough to participate in 3 industrial revolutions- Construction of the vision and the industrial strategic plan, local operational implementation, leading organization transformation for more efficiency and customer satisfaction, within General Electric Grid Solutions - Industrial rationalization thanks to operational deployment of lean and digitization, implementation of management standards contributing to business development within Alstom Transport - Set up the Excellence system and quality first way of managing, including digitization within PSA Groupe My background within AKWEL developed and reinforced my knowledge on standards certifications, leading all Compliance topics (Group Ethics Officer), Environment, Social & Governance plan as well (including CSRD reporting). This path has made me a senior executive leader in the industry, combining industrial strategy and operational implementation, improving product performance, process, global supply chain and customer satisfaction, to develop the business.
