With full Operations offices in Turkey and Qatar.Framaco Construction Div. is part of a select group of prequalified prime contractors to a $1.2Billion annual DOS Embassy and Consulate Program, having successfully delivered over 20 Design & Build contracts overt the past ten years. Some of our recently awarded projects include -The $136 Million Renovation and New Construction of the United States Embassy in Manila, The Philippines-The New $104 Million United States Embassy in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea project is on a Sq.Ft located in the northeastern portion of the Harbour City development-The Design-Build of the new $10 Million MSGR-US Consulate Johannesburg, South Africa- Design-Build US Embassy Compound in Belgrade, Serbia on a 10-acre site; the $125 million multi-building complex provides a secure, state-of-the-art, environmentally-sustainable workplace for over 350 embassy personnel-Design-Build US Consulate Housing, and Support Facilities in Karachi, Pakistan -Design-Build US Embassy NOX Buildings in Accra,Ghana, in Bamako Mali, and in Tbilisi Georgia Framaco Procurement delivered over 100 US Military,Diplomatic,Commercial jobs worldwide- Msheireb Properties, a $6B flagship project, planned multi-use complex of 100 buildings in downtown Doha, Qatar which, when completed, will be the world’s largest collection of Eco Architecture, LEED certified facilities.
