After having spent 20 years on A320 program and more 12 years on A350, i decided from June 2019 to join the Configuration Management Center of Competences of Airbus as Head of CM community and innovations.As Airbus is living massive transformations on for instance digital continuity,the PLM, the way of manufacturing and maintaining its products, it was for me the good time to both bring my Program operational experience on CoC and live this extraordinary and exciting time of changes.
