ABOUT ANDY GILL
I am an experienced strategist, coalition builder, and expert at translating strategy into action in complex, ambiguous situations. I bring over 7 years of experience helping organizations set data-driven strategies, redefine their organization structures, and build sustainable financial models, all to ensure impact. Most recently, I served as the interim Director of the Measles and Rubella Partnership Program Unit, leading strategy development, operational planning, and execution for the partnership (which includes WHO, US CDC, UNICEF, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and 3 additional core partners), helping ensure collective action and sustainable development goal (SDG) attainment. Across my career in consulting, I have led a wide range of strategic advisory projects, including supporting the leadership of Global Polio Eradication Initiative in elaborating a new, collective strategy; guiding the Gates Foundation through an organization restructure; and helping a major US healthcare provider develop a financial model for a new supportive services program.I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Finance from the University of Washington’s Michael G. Foster School of Business, along with a minor in English.
