HR & Operations Manager - Belfast - HR Generalist (CIPD Chartered Member), providing HR business partner support on all aspects of people management including delivery of HR strategy- Part of the global HR team working across practice groups and locations- Operational Management role in Belfast, working with Head of Office Andrea McIlroy-Rose, the local Partner group and Business Operations team- Working with the national Early Talent team on recruitment and development, university campus and office events, summer vacation placements, PRIME and SORTED placements, school work experience programmes- Responsible Business - Community Investment Action Group, organising and supporting office and firm wide initiatives to make a difference to our local community - Partnered with Lagan College for a number of years through BiTC initiatives - Partners in Leadership and Business Class offering work experience, school work inspiration days, careers advice, mock interviews and collaborating on areas such as mental health and diversity & inclusion- Passionate about Diversity & Inclusion, I belong to several of our Inclusion networks and support these locally and nationally, organising local events and raising awareness - I chair our local Allies network and I sit on the firms LGBT+ Steering Group- Part of Diversity Champions NI with The Rainbow Project and Stonewall and part of the Working with Pride Network- Mental health and social mobility champion
