Management of the Industrial team for all RTW categories and Textile Accessories and coordination with Design Studio, Product Développement, Production Purchases and Quality in order to:• Monitor, pre-industrialize and support the new developments on fabrics, leathers, trims and embroideries for all RTW categories and Textile Accessories, proposons alternatives and possible redevelopments • Analyze, check and validate the compliance of the new developments with our RTW Specifications in terms of quality, testing and possible environmental issues• Assure a correct flow of information between Product Development, Industrialization team, Suppliers and Vendors, in order to facilitate the product engineering, purchases and production• Monitor the products from their conception, development, production fitting until the validation of PPS to assure the respect of Studio guidelines, the quality of the final product and the respect of the target price to avoid margin erosion• Supervise Industrial Prices for RTW, assuring price negotiations and Industrial solutions for margin optimization • Supervise RTW fabrics, trims, leather and semifinished purchases • Coordinate and supervise RTW Special Orders (VIC)• Drive the environmental LVMH Life 360 program and Social Environmental Compliance (Internal KPIS and RTW audits) for RTW• Supervise quality test GB China/Korea and compliance for all RTW and Textile Accessories products• Estimate, manage and assure the invoicing follow up and Industrial Team Budget in collaboration with Financial Controlling • Propose, study and follow IT Systems evolution and implementation to improve department efficiency • Source new suppliers and manufacturers to enlarge and adapt the panel according to the evolution of product offer and margin optimization •Special Projects: Industrial RTW Coordination of project Berluti X Paris Olympic Games 2024
