ABOUT GILL FODEN

As a HR & OD professional with 30+ years experience, I have been fortunate to undertake roles in virtually all aspects of HR & OD of a generalist, specialist and project nature; including operational and strategic roles. I am a qualified business and executive coach, a trained mediator, a mental health first aider; I delivered on organisational change priorities for a number of years for a local government organisation. In addition I ran my own consultancy focusing on coaching, facilitation for senior leaders and L&D activity. In addition to my people role in Alder Hey Children’s Hospital NHS Trust I am also a lecturer for CIPD L3 and L5 qualifications at Warrington and Vale Royal college.I am particularly passionate about individual and organisational development and have an ethos of CPD, with a flexible approach to learning and my own approach to work.As well as being a HR professional, I was an award winning Slimming World consultant for 5 years. I was a school governor for 10+ years and believe in giving back to my community. With a full and active work and personal life, I am extremely organised, self motivated and self driven. I am flexible and have a can do attitude, with a very infectious laugh (so I am told). I am known as someone who can ‘make it happen’, feedback I very much appreciate.
